After that, you turn in the quest and collect three Large Stone Slabs here and subsequently five Bracers of Rock Binding, which are located over here. Here is a small map of their spawn location. The first quests are the study of elements, where you first have to collect ten Small Stone Shards, which you can find right next to the quest giver on your left. To avoid unnecessary traveling be sure you have a Frost Oil and a Gyrochronatom in your inventory, as you will need them for two quests down the line.

How to get it: Since the Nifty Stopwatch is a level 35 to level 40 quest reward and doesn’t drop from a rare spawn, it is pretty easy to obtain. A quick heads up, the Badlands is a contested area and you can expect there to be quite a bit of PvP. The fastest way there for the Alliance would be taking the Flightpath to Thelsamar and riding South into the Badland, while Horde would want to take the Flightpath to Kargath and then ride East towards the quest giver. Where to get it: The Nifty Stopwatch can be obtained in the northwestern part of the Badlands, located in the Eastern Kingdoms. Again especially powerful when combined with the skull of impending doom, which grants you 60% run speed, so basically every class with these items has an on-demand sprint. Characteristics: The Nifty Stopwatch is a green uncommon item that binds on pick up, has no level requirement (although the quest line requires you to be at least level 35) and on use increases your run speed by 40% for 10 seconds.

To be fair, although the show opens with the familiar sight and sound of a stopwatch ticking ominously as the feature essays to come are described equally ominously, ''Stopwatch'' takes nifty little swipes at just about the full range of television news, particularly the offbeat personality that is so beloved of local news producers.
But Home Box Office, the pay-cable organization, has bitten the parody bullet and is venturing forth with ''Stopwatch: 30 Minutes of Investigative Ticking.'' Its broadcast dates include tonight at 11 o'clock. The weekly roles of Mike Wallace, Morley Safer and Ed Bradley have become as predictable and calculated as anything involving Magnum, P.I., or Archie Bunker. Some students of television argue that the phenomenonally successful CBS News show has gradually developed into a parody of itself over the years. Concocting a parody of ''60 Minutes'' can't be easy.
